Administrative Staff
David A. Hoch, Executive Director
Dave has been the Executive Director since January 1, 1996. He began his tenure with the organization in January of 1976 when he was hired as a Program Director. He became the Depew Unit Director in April of 1976 and served in that position until becoming the Executive Director. He began his career with the Boys & Girls Club as a college student working at the Bailey-Doat Boys & Girls Club under the work study program at Buffalo State College. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Buffalo State College in Elementary Education and Special Education. He was a standout basketball player and is also a member of their athletic Hall of Fame.
Jeff Kupka, Depew Unit Director
Jeff began his full-time career as the Depew Club Program Director January 1, 1996. Prior to that, he worked as a part time staff member at that club from 1989-1996. He has been a member of the Depew Boys & Girls Club since 1978 and received the “Youth of the Year” award in 1989. He was the Physical Education Director with the Depew Recreation Department from 1987-1996. He has an Associates Degree from Erie Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Sports Management from Columbia Southern University.
Program Staff
David Lewandowski, Depew Program Director
Dave has been the Unit Director of the Lancaster Club since January 1, 1996. He worked part time at the Depew Club from 1983-1986. He left the area between 1989-1996 for full time positions as a Unit Director at the East Aurora Club and the Executive Director of the Holland Boys & Girls Club. He returned to the area when he was appointed the Lancaster Unit Director in 1996 and has held that position ever since. Dave received our club’s Youth of the Year award in 1985
Jeremy Konst, Lancaster Unit Director
Jeremy joined our ful-time staff as the Depew Club Program Director in September of 2018. Prior to that he was the Athletic Director of the Elma, Marilla, Wales Boys & Girls Club. He was a member of our club as a youth and a reliable volunteer and part-time staff member during his college years. Jeremy received our Youth of the Year award in 2000. He was a standout basketball player at Williamsville East High School and Buffalo State College where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business
